The difference between honeycomb carton and heavy carton:
Honeycomb carton is a packaging container made of honeycomb cardboard by stamping, cutting and pasting; Heavy duty carton is a packaging container made of Meika corrugated cardboard by stamping, cutting and folding.
1. Third party delivery costs,
Wooden cases are all hard wood. After forming, they can only be shipped in one full case. Their freight costs account for 40% of the cost of wooden cases, and the quantity is less and more expensive; Compared with closed wooden boxes, the average transportation cost of folding heavy cartons can be reduced by more than 20%.
2. Simple assembly
It is the same as the general corrugated cardboard, which can be folded into a box and can be operated efficiently; The wooden box needs three or two people to nail it with a hammer.
3. Direct export without fumigation
Wooden boxes need fumigation and can only be exported to Europe, America and other countries after obtaining the export certificate, otherwise it is biological invasion; Heavy cartons can be exported directly.
When making seven-layer cardboard into a box, it is not necessary to use the hammer, saw, etc. used to make a wooden box. The operation is safe and will not cause injuries due to wood thorns.
4. Light weight and less freight
The density of paper is 20% of the density of wood, and the weight is 20% of wood under equal volume. Because when nailing the board to the board, the transverse batten should be nailed first, which makes the external volume larger. The seven-layer cardboard box is smaller than the wooden box because of the joint of the integrated face and face, and does not need wooden strips. Because it can improve the transport power of trucks and containers, thus saving transport costs.
5. Suitable for air transportation
Air freight is mostly calculated by weight, so heavy cartons with light weight can save a lot of freight.
6. High compression resistance
The seven-layer paperboard is one of the corrugated paperboard, but it has 10 times of the compression strength of the general paperboard, so it can be stacked higher. For example, the compression strength of heavy cartons with a length of 1m, a width of 1m and a height of 1m is about 3-5 tons.
7. Can be made into sealed packaging
The seven-layer cardboard packaging is a box made of one-piece seven-layer cardboard and completely sealed with waterproof tape, so it can be made into a sealed type.
8. Good moisture resistance (rain) (snow)
The kraft paper used for the surface and bottom of heavy duty cartons is made of a kind of water-resistant long fiber 100% as the material, plus the use of reinforced core paper and waterproof glue. The strength will decrease after rain, but it has the characteristics of recovering strength after drying.
9. The appearance can be printed
The heavy carton can be printed on the same surface as the general corrugated cardboard, and can also be printed in 2-3 colors.
10. Easy to discard
Because the heavy carton is made of 100% long fiber material, it can be recycled as * paper material. Because all countries in the world have cardboard recovery systems, it is very convenient to dispose of them.
